John Grant will release his new album on June 25th.
John Grant is further previewing his next record Boy From Michigan with Billy.
It’s just the latest in a steady stream of tracks which have been taken from the album since it was first announced in March with the title-track, one about ‘romanticising the past’.
“I don’t believe one can or should live in the past, but if you ignore it, well, you know,” Grant said of it. “I also have to say there are moments when I actually relive the scent of early spring as the snow is beginning to melt revealing the wet Earth beneath. It’s incredible.”
A UK and Ireland tour, meanwhile, is due to open in September with two nights at the Alexandra Palace Theatre.
