Jessica Pratt has confirmed the details of her new studio record.
Five years on from Quiet Signs – a Live4ever album of the year in 2019 – Here In The Pitch will be released on May 3rd via City Slang, the news arriving today with a video co-directed by Colby Droscher for lead single Life Is.
Its cinematic scope is described as, ‘kind of a false flag’, by Pratt when compared to the sound of the album as a whole, though she added it did feel like, ‘a statement of intention’:
Life came and went and you didn’t land where you thought you would. It’s the third act and you’re trying to climb back on the horse before it gets dark.
