Gerry Cinnamon will play an outdoor show in Glasgow next year after the release of his second album.

The huge gig for Cinnamon, which should go a long way to cementing his word-of-mouth rise since the release of debut LP Erratic Cinematic, has been set for Hampden Park on July 18th, 2020, with his new album The Bonny scheduled April 10th on his own Little Runaway label.

The next cut from Beck‘s new album is a lyric video for Dark Places directed by Eddie Obrand.

It follows on from the lead tracks Uneventful Days and Hyperlife, which were both later part of a video directed by Dev Hynes, with Hyperspace set for release on November 22nd.

Grace Jones has been revealed as the curator for next year’s Meltdown Festival.

Jones joins a list of curators for the event which includes Robert Smith, David Byrne and Patti Smith, and will be handpicking the artists for London’s Southbank between June 12th-21st, 2020.

My Chemical Romance will head to Australasia in March 2020 after confirming their reunion last month.

The band’s return is set for the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles on December 20th, and festival appearances are now to follow down under at the Melbourne and Sydney legs of Download on March 20th and 21st. They’ll also play Outer Fields in Western Springs, New Zealand that month.

Bon Iver have been unveiled as the first headliners for next year’s Flow Festival, which will take place in Helsinki between August 14th-16th.

Justin Vernon is already planning to take his recent i,i album to Scandinavian festivals that month, with appearances at Øya in Oslo and Way Out West in Gothenburg confirmed too.

Best Coast have returned with the single For The First Time and plans to release a new album entitled Always Tomorrow in 2020.

While the album is being completed, a North American tour for the early part of next year has been detailed, and will open with three shows in California at the end of February.
