The Damned’s tour will be supporting the release of a brand new album next year.
The Damned have unveiled the details of an early spring 2023 tour of the UK.
David Vanian, Captain Sensible, Monty Oxymoron, Paul Gray and Will Glanville-Taylor will start at the Great Hall in Cardiff on the last day of March, and is to include a date in Leeds at the O2 Academy on April 10th.
The live reunion of Dave Vanian, Rat Scabies, Captain Sensible and Brian James finally took place earlier this year after being one of those long-delayed tours due to the pandemic.
“They said it could never happen,” Captain Sensible said to Music Week at the time. “So much for animosity and malice between this bunch of individuals – nobody thought we’d ever get back together again, but here we are!”
“I’ve got enough regrets in my life,” Rat Scabies added. “This is one regret I’m really pleased I’m not going to have.”
