Sleaford Mods by Nick Waplington
A big remix from Sleaford Mods and the full details of Harry Styles’ Meltdown line-up brought some of Live4ever’s trending music news last week – revisit the stories right here.
Sleaford Mods have shared a Liam Howlett remix of their Elitest G.O.A.T. track which features on the duo’s recently released studio album The Demise Of Planet X.
“Who could ask for more?,” Jason Williamson has responded.
“A Prodigy Remix for Elitest GOAT that turns it into another tune entirely. I can’t believe it. Added to that is Extnddntwrk’s under the sensor shift as well.”
Evanescence have announced their new album Sanctuary will be released on June 5th and are streaming its lead single Who Will You Follow.
“This album is over three years in the making, and finally listening back to it all at once, about to release it to the world, I am so damn proud of every second of it,” Amy Lee has reflected.
“It’s overwhelming. Working on it has been my outlet for so much that feels wrong and out of control, and a place to ignite hope through the power of music and connection.”
Enter Shikari are hoping to strip away any distractions and put the attention firmly on the music with the immediate release of their new album Lose Your Self.
“We’re delighted to present Lose Your Self, and give people the chance to hear a Shikari record like never before – as a cohesive whole,” Rou Reynolds has said.
“We want people to go on a proper journey with this album, and see where it takes them. No lead up, no singles, and no explanation. Forcing the listener to actually listen, without being drip-fed ideas out of context, or spoon-fed explanations.”

Harry Styles by Johnny Dufort
Warpaint, Nilüfer Yanya, Dev Hynes, Orlando Weeks, Bar Italia, Jon Hopkins and James Murphy are some of the artists invited by Harry Styles to play this year’s Meltdown Festival on London’s south bank throughout June.
“Music is my life, every artist involved in this year’s Meltdown festival means so much to me, both as a fan, and a musician,” Styles responded.
“It’s a true honour to host legends who have paved the way for the generations that follow them, as well as new acts that have inspired me to push my creative boundaries.”
Jack White has added new dates to his 2026 touring and will now be in the UK and Ireland for a run of shows during August and early September.
The trip will start with two nights at London’s Eventim Apollo on August 25th and 26th, followed by gigs in Bristol, Newcastle and Belfast.
Another two-show stop is then to begin September at the 3Olympia in Dublin.
The Reytons have confirmed the release of their new album A Love Letter To A Broken Town on July 24th.
The album has been described as, ‘the best we’ve ever done’, by frontman Jonny Yerrel, and is being previewed now with lead single Jukebox.
“A lot of bands and artists like to change direction later in their careers, but that’s just not us,” Yerrel added.
