MGMT will make their return on February 23rd next year.

The duo’s fifth album Loss Of Life – set to be their first since 2018’s Little Dark Age – has been earmarked for that date, and it’s been unveiled with a video for new single Mother Nature whose director Jordan Fish has said hopes it, ‘makes people happy and feel connected to family, friends and the animal kingdom as well’.

“We are very proud of this album,” Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser added.

And the fact that it was a relatively painless birth after a lengthy gestation period, and are happy to be releasing this baby into the world with Mom+Pop. Musically speaking, we are running at around 20% adult contemporary and no more than this, please.
