Fontaines DC have added some extra nights to their forthcoming UK and Ireland tour.
After the release of Romance on August 23rd, the band are due to play gigs around the UK and Ireland during November and December, and will now stop for two more shows at Aviva Studios in Manchester and an extra appearance at Alexandra Palace in London.
Before then, spring/summer commitments are set to include Glastonbury in June.

Ezra Collective have unveiled their single Ajala as the 2023 Mercury Prize winners look ahead to the release of a brand new studio album.
“Ajala the Traveller is a journalist from Nigeria whose story is really beautiful,” Femi Koleoso has explained.
“He decided that he wanted to travel the whole world on a moped and what ended up happening was his name became slang in Yoruba.”
Brittany Howard and Michael Kiwanuka will head out on a joint tour of North America later this year.
“I am so excited to be touring again with my dear friend Michael Kiwanuka and hitting so many amazing venues across the country,” Howard has said.
“We started this journey at almost the same time in 2011 and it has been so amazing to follow his growth as an artist. I can’t wait to watch his set and also see Yasmin Williams as she is such a unique artist. This tour is a dream come true.”
A treasure trove of previously unreleased Johnny Cash material has been compiled on to a new record entitled Songwriter.
The tracks date back to studio sessions Cash undertook in 1993 when material written at various stages in his career were demoed at LSI Studios in Nashville, tracks rediscovered recently by John Carter Cash.
A variety of musicians were subsequently invited to work on the tracks – these including Dan Auerbach, Waylon Jennings and Pete Abbott – of which Well Alright has been picked as the lead single.
