Loyle Carner’s day in London will take place on August 17th.
Loyle Carner‘s headline show for All Points East at London’s Victoria Park has just had a stellar supporting cast added to it.
André 3000 is leading the way after his high profile return at the end of last year with the sprawling multi-instrumental landscape of New Blue Sun, which was introduced via an interview with NPR Music in which he said:
“I’m a writer, and not necessarily a pen and pad writer, but I construct and architect verses in a way. That’s what I’ve been doing all my life.”
So I look at it in that way, and if I’m not satisfied with what it is I just don’t put it out. Even during the earlier times, Big Boi, he just kind of got down, like, he’s so fast and efficient with what he does. And it’ll take me a minute to throw them down. So I’ve always kind of been analyzing it or figuring out how I wanted to approach it.
The considerable talents of Lianne La Havas and Flying Lotus are some of the others added to that summer’s day in the capital, part of Carner’s outdoor UK and Ireland shows during June, July and August which will also include concerts at Dublin’s Fairview Park, Piece Hall in Halifax and Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl.
