Adele and Ed Sheeran are the two names unsurprisingly dominating the list of the UK’s biggest selling albums of the 2010s which the Official Charts Company has released.

According to the OCC, Adele’s 21 is way out in front with 5.17m sales since its release in 2011, over one million ahead of the album in second place – her own follow-up 25.

Ian Brown has been revealed as the first headliner for next year’s Victorious Festival.

It adds to the Stone Roses frontman’s solo headline for Neighbourhood Weekender in 2020, and The Kooks, Peter Hook & The Light and Terrorvision have been confirmed to be joining him between August 28th-30th.

Marie Fredriksson of Roxette has died at the age of 61.

A statement released last week said: “It is with great sadness we have to announce that Marie Fredriksson of Roxette has passed away in the morning of December 9, following a 17-year long battle with cancer.”

Guns N Roses have announced a 2020 European tour which will include a first gig at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on May 29th.

Starting in Miami, Florida on January 31st, the US giants will concentrate on the Americas during the first part of next year before the European shows begin in Lisbon on May 20th.

Coldplay have unveiled the video for the title-track of their new album Everyday Life.

Released last month, the album delivered Coldplay’s eighth straight UK number one, and reached the Top 10 in the US.

Kevin Parker will head out on a North American tour next year in support of the new Tame Impala album The Slow Rush, which is due for release on February 14th 2020.

Following on from some previously announced gigs in the March of next year, the bulk of the North American touring is to take place during the spring after an appearance at London’s All Points East event on May 23rd.
