Manic Street Preachers have added a trip down to Eden Sessions in Cornwall to their plans for this year.

While most of 2016 is going to spent reflecting on the 20th anniversary of their ‘Everything Must Go‘ album, the Eden Sessions appearance is set to be a more conventional career-spanning affair. They play on July 9th and join previously confirmed acts which include Lionel Ritchie, Tom Jones and PJ Harvey.

Last week, the Manics revealed ‘Everything Must Go’ will be re-released in expanded form to go with the live dates which culminate at Swansea’s Liberty Stadium on May 28th.

A box set featuring vinyl, CDs, DVDs and a book – including a 21-song performance at the Nynex Arena in Manchester recorded on May 24th, 1997 – is planned, as is a brand new commemoratory film from BAFTA award winning director Kieran Evans.
