CONTEST
Inspired by the Northern music scene and a love of Independent British music, we wanted to create a ‘gritty’, stylish audio fashion brand reflecting both a modernistic subculture and our home town of Manchester.
It’s all about the sound really.
The skitter of a drum machine, the romance of the 808 kicking “Manchester” into life, the howling feedback that links The Who to Jesus And the Mary Chain…to Napalm Death, the jangle that stretches from the Beatles to Arctic Monkeys, the soul groove that pulls back from Alex Turner’s Sheffield lads to Marvin Gaye and rebounds to Robin Thicke.
What you need is something that can handle all of those sounds. Something that will cope with whatever mood you’re in. Something that will be true to what you need to hear.
ei8htball. It’s all in your head.
To enter our contest check out our 6 tracks in this week’s New Tunes Guide and let us know your favorite track using our facebook comment box below.

Winners Announced Sept 19.
I like the crisp and bouncy guitars of Whitcliff’s Young Lovers, so for that I choose that track as my favorite from the list. @ei8htball
The big moon… The road
Love the Whitecliff tune, reminds me of early Strokes, loads of energy, very melodic at the same time. Have liked them on Facebook and Soundcloud!
I like Trouble, starts with drums, energy and clear simple sound.
