Radkey have announced a one-off gig at the Manchester Night & Day Cafe as they look to get cracking on a first full length album.

The Manchester show will arrive on March 6th, and keeps the Missouri band of brothers locked away in the north of England where a debut LP is being recorded with producer Ross Orton at the McCall Studios in Sheffield.

“We’re really excited to get back to work on our first LP,” bassist and vocalist Isaiah Radke says. “We’ve been experimenting with a bunch of new sounds, some of which are pretty different for us and we think that you’re gonna like what we’ve come up with.”

“Last time we played Manchester we actually crowd surfed out of the building. It was awesome. So, yeah, come hang out and hear us play the new record!”

We sat down with Radkey at last year’s South By Southwest Festival to discuss their origins and plans for the future – have a read here.
