Live4ever’s New Tunes Guide feat. Mainland, The Bright Ones and more

Live4ever’s New Tunes Guide presents highlights this week from Mainland and The Bright Ones.

Rooftop parties brought together upstate New York and Californian natives Jordan Topf, Corey Mullee, Alex Pitta and Dylan Longstreet in the heart of NYC in the summer of 2010. As Mainland, they have built a strong following in their adopted city, and have just finished recording a new EP entitled ‘Girls Unknown‘ with producer Luke David.

According to the blurb ‘not much is known’ about The Bright Ones, but their catchy sub-3 minute track ‘Does She Make Noise‘ is a refreshing, uncomplicated slice of rock with a welcome eye on pop sensibilities.  The band are out on tour in July.
