The tracklist for Manic Street Preachers‘ latest album ‘Futurology‘ has been unveiled as the band, as promised, prepare to swiftly follow last year’s ‘Rewind The Film‘ on July 7th.
The news has come complete with a video for ‘Walk Me To The Bridge‘, which has been directed by their regular collaborator Kieran Evans. Check it out in full on Live4ever right here.
‘Rewind The Film’ was picked as one of Live4ever’s essential albums of last year after our review concluded: “This band know that, essentially, they have the luxury of nothing to prove, and with this release neither do they seem eager to recapture the nostalgia of their youth. After all, that was never going to be their style.”
“And while a few of their efforts over the last decade have lapsed into self parody, here, they have produced their best record for years.”
