Will Butler has released two brand new songs today to go with news of a short North American tour during August.
Stranger’s House and Nearer To Thee follow his most recent solo record Generations, while Butler’s first run of shows since 2019 are set to kick-off on August 11th in Cambridge, MA.
In a statement revealing that his long association with Arcade Fire had come to an end, Butler explained how he left the group ‘at the end of last year, after the new record (WE) was complete’, adding that new solo material was imminent.
