London’s White Lies will be kicking off a headlining spring run of stateside dates this May with a Late Show with David Letterman performance on May 16. The 7 city tour which follows is in support of their critically acclaimed sophomore release, Ritual.
Starting May 17 in Boston at Paradise Rock Club, White Lies with guests Asobi Seksu and Sun Airway will hit major markets across the East Coast and Southern States including a stop at New York’s Terminal 5 (School of Seven Bells to support on this date only) before wrapping in Mexico City on May 26 and heading back to Europe to start a tour with Kings of Leon. The band will head back to the US later this summer for a main stage performance at Lollapalooza.
White Lies made a major splash with their incredibly enigmatic 2009 debut, To Lose My Life and their highly anticipated sophomore effort Ritual is already a smash success.
