Arctic Monkeys were on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last week giving a first television airing to their Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino album track Four Out Of Five.
The band’s sixth studio LP is out now, with pop-stores in Sheffield, New York City, Paris, Berlin, Sydney and Tokyo offering unique, limited album and merchandise items on release day, while Sydney also got a mini film festival featuring a selection of the band’s favourite movies at the Golden Age Cinema And Bar.

The Vryll Society have confirmed their debut album Course Of The Satellite will be released on August 10th via Deltasonic Records.
First developed in the band’s rehearsal rooms before they took new material to Parr Street Studios, the LP will contain 10 cuts including Shadow Of A Wave, one of Live4ever’s top tracks of 2017.

Gruff Rhys will tour his new solo album Babelsberg throughout the UK in October.
After a show at the Millennium Centre in Cardiff next month and a visit to the Edinburgh Fringe in August, Rhys is set to play headline dates in London, Manchester, Portsmouth, Brighton, Oxford, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds and Liverpool.

After launching their Bring It On 20th anniversary celebrations with a European tour which concluded last week in Glasgow, Gomez have arranged some more UK gigs for the summer.
The band will call at Newcastle, Norwich, Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester with their 1998 Mercury Prize winning album.

A fifth night at London’s Brixton Academy has been added to The Streets‘ 2019 UK tour.
Mike Skinner will now return to the London venue for shows running from February 2nd-7th, with three night stops coming up at the Birmingham Academy and Manchester Apollo too. There’s also gigs booked in Glasgow, Sheffield, Newcastle and Bournemouth as part of what will be the second tour for The Streets since Skinner restarted the band late last year.

The band performed One Rizla live on the BBC as part of the show which also had appearances from Snow Patrol and Plan B.

Suede have arranged some European gigs after setting their next album The Blue Hour for release on September 21st.
The latest album since the band’s 2010 reunion will be pushed with shows in Amsterdam, Milan and Copenhagen, while the closing night is at London’s Eventim Apollo.

An official promo is now accompanying Miles Kane‘s new single Loaded.
The track is leading Kane’s new solo album Coup De Grace, which is released on June 8th. There’s lots of touring planned to back it up, with a UK tour starting later this month and festival appearances including TRNSMT and RIzE all set for the summer.

The Manic Street Preachers have premiered a video for Hold Me Like A Heaven after choosing it as the third single taken from their recent album Resistance Is Futile.
It comes as the band wrap up their UK arena tour and turn attentions towards upcoming appearances at festivals including Meltdown, Y Not and Rize.

Marika Hackman, LIFE and a DJ set from Hot Chip are some of the new attractions for the inaugural All Points East festival.
Hackman and LIFE will be a part of the APE Presents… weekend at the start of June, while Hot Chip’s DJ set adds to the events which are due for Victoria Park in London on May 25th.
