vangoffey, fronted by ex-Supergrass drummer Danny Goffey, have released a video for ‘You You You‘ which is below.
“This is the second video I have made from the ‘Take Your Jacket Off & Get Into It’ album,” Goffey explains. “The song is written about the many times I’ve experienced ‘clamping’ – the art of cornering your prey and peppering them with personal information about yourself, without any let up or interaction. We have all been on the receiving end of this at some point in our lives.”
“Under the watchful eye of my brother Nic, who has directed videos including The Chemical Brothers and Oasis, I have loved the process of writing and directing these videos and trying to get across the song’s meaning. I can’t wait for the next one!”
The ‘Take Your Jacket Off & Get Into It‘ album is out in the autumn and will spark a tour of the UK, the details of which are:
