Those two new Vampire Weekend songs promised by Ezra Koenig last week have been shared.

Harmony Hall and 2021 are the opening previews from the upcoming album which Koenig had only referred to as ‘FOTB’, but whose full title we now know is Father Of The Bride. It’s set to be the band’s first since 2013’s Modern Vampires Of The City and will be a double LP. As previously discussed by Koenig, despite the departure of Rostam Batmanglij he features on the credits of both tracks under ‘Additional Production’.

“Is it a double album,” Koenig wrote on social media. “The vinyl will be double so…yes? It’s about 59 minutes long. We can talk more about that later – if u care. To me, it’s just FOTB.⁣ Anyway, we’re gonna start releasing music next week. After all that waiting, you should have the general schedule.”

“It’s a lot of songs but they all belong there. (If you disagree, you can always say it was 6 songs too long & make a lil 12-song playlist version of it.)”
