A track from TOY‘s new album Happy In The Hollow has been shared.

The album’s out on January 25th, and You Make Me Forget Myself is following up opener Sequence One. It ‘has a feeling of estrangement about it’, according to the band:

“The sound of someone you love who’s going away and it doesn’t matter. It’s the first song Maxim has sung lead on and Dominic plays slide reminiscent of Ry Cooder on the Paris, Texas soundtrack.”

A UK and Ireland tour starts on February 13th 2019 at the Empire Music Hall in Belfast. Gigs in Dublin, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds and Brighton are also on the agenda with the closing night booked for London’s Village Underground on the 20th.

Happy In The Hollow is TOY’s first album since 2016’s Clear Shot, which Live4ever said at the time was their ‘shortest, yet for it most focused album to date‘.
