The View are prepping their first studio record in eight years.
The View have shared another track from their new album Exorcism Of Youth ahead of its release on August 11th.
“Neon Lights intends to hold a mirror up to today’s ultra capitalist society, and the institutions who keep this unfair system in place for their own benefit,” bassist Kieran Webster said.
The band spent time in Spain with producer Youth during the LP’s recording, resuming a collaboration which had previously brought 2011’s Bread And Circuses and described by frontman Kyle Falconer as, ‘one of the best experiences of my career’:
We jumped at the chance to revisit the opportunity with him in Spain. To be able to go into the studio again as a band with added experience was just magical.
