After releasing the brilliant, highly acclaimed ‘Nobody Wants To Be Here and Nobody Wants To Leave‘ album last year, The Twilight Sad have started 2015 with the announcement of a double A-side single which will contain a brand new track.

On February 9th, ‘I Could Give You All That You Don’t Want‘ will be joined by the new song ‘The Airport‘ on a limited edition picture disc 7″ single available from selected independent record shops and the band’s own online store. They will play a number of in-store gigs to support the release, the full details of which are below.

After Live4ever named ‘Nobody Wants To Be Here and Nobody Wants To Leave’ as our #1 essential album of 2014, the band’s frontman James Graham talked us through the LP’s creation just before Christmas.

“The record itself has similar themes to all our records – like love, loss, relationships, the way we treat other, depression, the want to be a better person and sometimes failing,” he said.

“Lyrically it has all those themes in the record, but it has been approached in a different way as I’m a different person now, as in that I’m two years older than the person who wrote our last album, all be it none the wiser.”
