The Stone Roses, Blur trail Take That in ‘Reunions Rich List’

Blur and The Stone Roses both trail pop bands Take That and The Spice Girls in a newly published ‘Reunion Rich List’ which calculates how much money the many reformed bands of recent years have earned since 2009.

By some distance, Take That are at number one after raking in £150m since 2009 following their reunion in 2005. The Spice Girls are in second place, with a grand total of £25m collected from their own various projects of the last few years.




The Sun newspaper has Blur in third place, whose reunion plans in recent times have included appearances at Glastonbury and Hyde Park. The Stone Roses, who only announced their own return in October 2011, have already earned £12m during a subsequent European comeback tour.
