The Spitfires will kick off a headline UK tour tonight (April 20th) in Birmingham after hitting number one on the UK Vinyl Singles Chart earlier this month with their latest single ‘So Long‘.
Fresh from support tours with Paul Weller, The Specials and The Ordinary Boys, and as they continue work on a second studio album, the band opens at Hare & Hounds in Birmingham and then have dates booked for the remainder of this month, including a show at the 100 Club in London on April 28th.
More gigs come in May at the Oxford O2 Academy and Liverpool’s Loft Arts Club, while a little later there’s a walk north to Scotland and the Glasgow Audio on May 28th.
