The Specials are heading up the first announcement for next year’s Victorious Festival.

The 2-Tone pioneers, who earlier this month shared the first single from their forthcoming new album Encore, will be playing the Portsmouth event’s opening day, with James Bay and The Hives also confirmed and Clean Bandit set to take the stage on the Sunday as we await the identities of the headliners.

Director Andy Marsh has said:

“We wanted to spread a little festive cheer by revealing just a smattering of what we’ve got in store for next year. It’s already shaping up to be our best line-up up to date, we can’t wait to announce the rest of it!”
