The Rolling Stones will head off to Vegas after Desert Trip in October.
Once two weekends celebrating the golden age of rock and roll with The Who, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Paul McCartney and Roger Waters have been completed, the Stones travel to Las Vegas for a show at the T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday, October 19th.
Meanwhile, a successor to 2005’s ‘A Bigger Bang‘ album is currently being recorded and has a guest appearance from Eric Clapton if a source from The Sun can be believed.
“Eric was in the next studio along so he came in to say hello,” the tabloid claimed. “They ended up jamming and recorded two songs. Don reckons it’s the best thing he has ever done with the Stones.”
Keith Richards was relentless in getting the band back in the studio after the release of two singles celebrating their 50th anniversary and return to touring back in 2012.
