Not long after completing a run of UK tour dates at the Cockpit in Leeds on November 30th, The Rifles have unveiled the details of three acoustic shows in London next week.
The band perform on consecutive nights from December 17th at the Boogaloo venue in London, when they plan to ‘celebrate both Christmas and their forthcoming album None The Wiser’.
The LP ‘None The Wiser‘ has been scheduled for release on January 20th next year through Cooking Vinyl. The band have previously described it as being influenced by, ‘Bob Dylan, Talking Heads, some Clash and as always – the Beatles’. After production duties from Dave McCracken, Jamie Ellis and Charles Reece at Paul Weller’s Black Barn Studios, mixing was then undertaken by Steve Harris and Mike Crossey.
‘None The Wiser’ marks The Rifles’ line-up returning to its original form of Joel Stoker, Lucas Crowther, Robert Pyne and Grant Marsh.
