The Pixies will release Beneath The Eyrie, their first album for Infectious/BMG, on September 13th.
The 12 new songs are set to be presented on deluxe boxset, vinyl, deluxe CD, cassette, download and CD formats, while a heavyweight single gatefold coloured vinyl will be made available exclusively through independent record shops.
The band have also unveiled touring plans which take are planned to take them across their regular European strongholds during the autumn after an appearance at Daydream Festival in California on August 31st.
