The Futureheads have described the Garage as one of their ‘favourite London venues’.
The Futureheads were in London last Saturday night helping the Garage celebrate its 30th anniversary.
Mogwai also played two shows at the venue last week, on February 6th and 7th, as the birthday gigs which started last August with Arab Strap continued.
“We’re delighted that Mogwai and The Futureheads both accepted the invitation to come back and play The Garage to mark our 30th anniversary,” booker Conrad Rogan said.
“It feels more important than ever to celebrate the longevity of live music venues and cherish the irreplaceable role they play in the live music ecosystem and we can’t think of a better way than getting some of our favourite bands back on stage.”
