The Districts have shared a modern acoustic-tinged cover of David Bowie‘s eighties art-rock classic ‘Ashes To Ashes‘ as they press on with worldwide festival commitments.

The Pennsylvania band recorded ‘A Flourish and a Spoil‘ with Modest Mouse, The Walkmen cohort John Congleton at his Seedy Underbelly studio in Minnesota and released it in February this year.
They’ll return to the UK for a show at the Electric Ballroom in London on November 11th but before then have numerous festivals still to visit this summer. They’re in Japan for Fuji Rock today (July 24th), while the rest of their busy calendar looks like this:
