Our 2019 retrospective series ends today with the countdown of Live4ever’s 20 favourite music videos featured on these pages during the past 12 months.

Our publisher and Primetime Emmy Award (Visual Effects) winning founder Paul Bachmann has been looking out especially for cinematography, visuals, production value, editing, concept and adaption.

Band of Skulls @ Webster Hall, NYC

Band Of Skulls visited New York City’s iconic Webster Hall last Monday and performed their Baby Darling Doll Face Honey album in full to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Paul Bachmann was in the photo pit to cover the gig played in front of a crowd of adoring fans.

Idles, Fontaines D.C. live @ Brooklyn Steel, NYC

It felt like New York’s entire music scene had descended on Brooklyn for last Friday’s (May 10th) gig at the Steel venue featuring Idles and Fontaines D.C. There were plenty of fans who’d made even longer journeys too; whether it be near, far or wide, no-one left in any doubt that what had been witnessed was two of the best bands to emerge from the UK and Ireland in a long, long time.

Aerosmith @ Citi Concert Series on Today, NYC

Aerosmith played to a large crowd of adoring fans at the ‘Citi Concert Series on Today’ on Wednesday and announced that they were going to play a total of 18 shows at the Park Theater at MGM Grand, Las Vegas next year. The residency, in celebration of their 50th anniversary, is named the “Deuces Are Wild” show and will kick off April 6, 2019, with tickets ranging from $75 to $750.

Joe Perry told the crowd: “We want to bring a show we can’t do when we’re on the road on a regular tour. A show that still has Aerosmith and all the guts of Aerosmith.” and drummer Joey Cramer added:”The history behind our almost 50 years of being together. As soon as you walk into the Park Theater in Vegas, you’re gonna feel it.”

Pretty Vicious @ Bowery Electric, NYC

Welsh rock quartet Pretty Vicious, who were recently signed to the merged Big Machine/John Varvatos Records label, had their New York City debut last night at the Lower East Side’s Bowery Electric Venue. Panic! At The Disco @ Citi Concert Series on TODAY

Brendon Urie and his Las Vegas pop-rockers Panic! at the Disco performed their classic hit “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” and two tracks off their new album ‘Prey for the Wicked” at the Citi Concert Series on NBC’s TODAY show in NYC. For many, it was a first-time chance to catch new touring bass player Nicole Row in action. Paul Bachmann captured the snaps for Live4ever.


Arctic Monkeys live at Brooklyn Steel, NYC

Warbly Jets supporting Liam Gallagher @ Terminal 5, NYC

Warbly Jets rounded off their stint supporting Liam Gallagher in North America earlier this month at Terminal 5 in New York. “It’s been so fun making new friends, meeting fans, and playing in different cities each day,” the band reflected on Facebook after experiencing all the twists and turns of the former Oasis man’s life on the road.
