Bill Ward will rejoin Black Sabbath for a final, farewell studio album – but only if he receives a personal apology from frontman Ozzy Osbourne for what he describes as, ‘Wrongs spoken against me’.
‘One final album’ is what Ozzy Osbourne described Black Sabbath‘s possible follow-up to last year’s ‘13‘ as, and in a new interview with Esquire, he’s spoken of his hope that Bill Ward will bury the hatchet and rejoin in time for the band’s swan-song.
Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi has said the band’s reluctance to delay their reunion after his cancer diagnosis was the reason why Bill Ward withdrew from the comeback.
