Avenged Sevenfold have become one of the first bands to confirm a headline festival spot for next year, and will top the bill at Download in June 2014.
The Download festival already has one of its 2013 headliners signed and sealed, according to organiser Andy Copping.
The Prodigy and Slash are set to headline the first day of this year’s Download festival tonight (June 8th).
