Stone live in Liverpool (Gary Mather for Live4ever)
Stone have also unveiled its lead single ‘Monkey See Monkey Do’.
Stone will enter a new era on V2 Records with the release of their second album Autonomy on February 20th next year.
“Monkey See Monkey Do is about temptation and the chaos of partying when control slips away,” Fin Power has explained of the single.
The birdy in your ear screams for more and the mirror only reflects something you do not want to see. The chant of Monkey See Monkey Do captures that loss of control. Through sharp metaphors the song also reflects on the industry and the tension between authenticity and the image that media prefers.
“Chasing mice around the board and being a vampire both echo the restless soulless nights that come with the scene. This track is gritty, unfiltered and restless, pulling you into the madness of nights that feel endless.”
