Steve Mason will round off 2023 with a tour of the UK.
Following a gig at The Parish in Huddersfield on September 10th, the run is due to start on November 30th at The Factory in Worthing, and is will end at The Horn in St Albans on December 16th.
Also today, Mason has shared a Shabaka (Sons Of Kemet) remix of No More – a track from his latest sublime solo album Brothers & Sisters which was released earlier this year.
The Third Kushite Pharaoh of Egypt has been busy exploring raw communications through Jazz. With over 2000 years of knowledge to draw on I was lucky enough to ask him to press pause on his travels and remix a piece from Brothers & Sisters, he accepted! We are lucky! The Shabaka Gate is open!
