Rod Stewart played Glastonbury’s Legends slot this year.
Rod Stewart has been revealed as the headliner for a special ‘Legends Day’ at Rock In Rio Lisbon when the festival is held over two weekends next June.
Katy Perry and Linkin Park have already been confirmed as main acts for 2026, with Rod set to lead the veterans on June 27th.
“Rock in Rio Lisbon has always been a stage for historic moments that stay in everyone’s memory,” the event’s Roberta Medina has said.
Legends Day is an invitation to celebrate life, a day to be together and sing in unison from the first to the last song. It’s a day that brings together great national and international legends who have shaped the stories of our lives and continue to move generations.
“Rock in Rio Lisbon is all about celebration, connection, emotion, and those timeless hits that give us chills when we sing them together.”
