Radiohead have added yet another festival to their 2016 return to the live scene.
With appearances at Primavera Sound, NOS Alive in Portugal and Switzerland’s OpenAir St. Gallen all cemented for later this year, the band have now been added to the bill for Iceland’s Secret Solstice event, where they will headline other new additions Roisin Murphy, Action Bronson and Afrika Bambaataa over the weekend of June 17th-19th.
The news comes just a short time after they were added to Japan’s Summer Sonic in Osaka and Tokyo for this August,, leading other new names included on the bill such as Two Door Cinema Club, Underworld, Weezer, The 1975 and Rat Boy.
Radiohead’s next album appears imminent after fans spotted earlier this month that a new company was registered in the name Dawn Chorus LLP last October – exactly what the band did prior to the release of their previous two studio LPs ‘In Rainbows‘ and ‘The King of Limbs‘.
