Paul Weller has premiered the video for his track ‘Brand New Toy‘ which is about to form a part of the ‘More Modern Classics‘ collection.

Out on June 2nd, ‘More Modern Classics‘ follows the similar 1998 compilation ‘Modern Classics‘ and includes various highlights from the past 15 years of Weller’s solo career as well as this brand new song.
“This is just another few chapters of my life’s work, a journey which I would hope you would come with me on,” he has reflected. “The music on this compilation is over 15 years but for me it feels like it could be 5 or 6 years. I’m rushing through like, I can’t slow it down. I’ll cling on tight and see where it ends up.”
Another recent release, the limited edition 7″ ‘Flame Out‘, has been the subject of a ruckus after copies of the special Record Store Day single found their way onto eBay at vastly inflated prices. Complaints from fans led Weller to claim as such he will no longer be taking part in future Record Store Days.
