It was the first track taken from Noel Gallagher’s new solo album.
Noel Gallagher has shared the Robert Smith remix of Pretty Boy which will feature on the deluxe version of his fourth High Flying Birds record Council Skies when it’s released on June 2nd.
“I was surprised and delighted when Noel asked me to remix this gorgeous song, and I had a lot of fun slowing it down and spacing it out,” Smith said.
Cure drummer Jason Cooper gave me a great vibey drum track to play along with – and the rest just phased into place under the starry sky of my distant moon.
Keeping up the 80’s vibe on the deluxe bonus disc will be a Pet Shop Boys version of the as-yet-unheard track Think Of A Number.
