The new Crazy Horse album is being previewed again with Rainbow Of Colors.
Back on the Neil Young Archives site, where he first announced the album, Neil Young has described Rainbow Of Colors as ‘a song about the USA and the whole world’:
“The idea of this song is that we all belong together. Separating us into races and colors is an old idea whose time has passed.”
Colorado is due out on October 25th as the first Crazy Horse album since 2012’s Psychedelic Pill. It was mostly recorded in a studio in the Rocky Mountains, produced by Young with John Hanlon. “Billy, Ralphie, Nils and I are all very happy to bring this song to you in all its ragged glory, as my original producer and life-long friend, the late David Briggs once said,” Young said last month.
“10 new songs ranging from around 3 minutes to over 13 minutes, will be coming your way. We hope you love this new album as much as we do.”
