The Mystery Jets will take their ‘Radlands‘ album out on the road in November for a lengthy UK tour.

Opening up on November 4th at the Oxford Academy, the trek is due to run for the majority of the month, with cities including Brighton, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield and Liverpool all due to be visited ahead of a final date at the Royal Festival Hall in London on November 29th.

‘Radlands‘, the band’s fourth studio LP, was released in April. “All we brought on the plane were the guitars on our backs, so we ended up borrowing all this amazing valve gear from an old guy called Jack who ran a little studio up in the hills – which is why the songs sound the way they do,” frontman Blaine Harrison has said on the album’s creation.

“In the daytime we wrote lyrics on the porch and in the evenings a family of deer would gather in the backyard to hear us play.”
