Motorhead add new London date to UK tour

Motorhead have added a second night in London to their short 2016 UK tour, which has been scheduled to help the band celebrate their 40th year.

The new date has been pencilled in for January 30th next year at the London Eventim Apollo, one night after the original gig at the same venue. There’ll also be stops in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester and Swindon along the way.




It’s much better news after the health problems suffered by Lemmy throughout 2013 which forced several tours to be cancelled. He’d suffered a haemotoma that year, while bandmate Phil Campbell also revealed the frontman had had a pacemaker fitted to combat an irregular heartbeat.
