Lucy Rose has shared her video for No Good At All.
“No Good At All is the oldest song on the album and was written just before I went on my first trip to Latin America,” she says. “When I wrote it, I was kind of feeling that maybe I wasn’t good enough for music and was re-thinking everything. Part of me wondered if maybe somewhere down the line somewhere (my great great great grand-daughter maybe?), there would be a girl who had a little bit of me in her and could achieve everything she wanted.”
“But it’s also got an element of love to it too, finding the one to start a new life with who one day you could settle down with and have a family with. There’s a fair amount of self-doubt in this song, but positivity for the future too.”
It’s the latest track lifted from Rose’s third album Something’s Changing, which is released on July 7th through Communion Records.
