Little Comets will soon start a series of single releases with M62.
In a change-up for the band, new material has been recorded in Frank Sinatra’s former Bordeaux holiday home and a church near Bilbao after last year’s Worhead album, this first 7″ heralding a busy period which will also take in a UK tour next month.
Worhead was the follow-up to 2015’s Hope Is Just A State Of Mind – Live4ever’s number one album of that year:
“A lot of the songs were conceived in Mickey’s garage which is a very homely and comfortable environment and I think that this definitely comes across in the music – it is less manic than certainly the first album and a little less eager to impress than the second album,” they told us of it.
“The songs are largely comfortable in themselves and quite confident – but not in an obvious look at me way, just under the radar confident, if that makes sense.”
