Tracks from Liam Gallagher and David Bowie have both climbed on the latest UK Vinyl Singles Chart.
Gallagher’s debut solo track Wall Of Glass has been a regular fixture on the chart and jumps from #4 to #2 this week, while David Bowie’s Be My Wife is up to #4. Margo Price is at number one with Paper Cowboy.
Reflecting the surge in popularity of the traditional format, dedicated vinyl album and singles charts were launched by the Official Charts Company in 2016 with the singles chart compiled from sales of 7″ and 12″ records.
