Leftfield will release their first album in seven years on December 2nd via Virgin Records.
This Is What We Do – their first collection of new music since 2015’s Alternative Light Source – is wrapped around themes of love, acceptance, diversity and healing, written on both sides of the pandemic and a period of ill health for Neil Barnes himself.
“I wanted Pulse to be the first statement from the new album,” Barnes says of the lead track. “It felt strong. Dance floor. Human. Positive. And I love the bass. It’s Leftfield.”
