James Murphy‘s re-launch of LCD Soundsystem will take in another festival appearance this summer.
The band, laid to rest in 2011 but restarted this year for various live duties, leads the We Love Green event in Paris, with PJ Harvey, Air, James Blake, Hot Chip, Savages and Fat White Family also attending between June 4th-5th.
LCD Soundsystem’s 2016 comeback could also include new music according to a post made by Murphy on the band’s official website at the start of the year.
“We’re not just playing Coachella, we’re playing all over,” he wrote. “We’re not just having some reunion tour. We’re releasing a record (sometime this year—still working on it, actually), so this isn’t a victory lap or anything, which wouldn’t be of much interest to us.”
