Kasabian have put some meat on the bones of their plans for 2017.
The first live dates for next year have been confirmed, in Italy at the Sound Rock In Roma and Lucca Summer Festival events, and in Taormina between July 19th-23rd.
Kasabian have been holed up in the studio working on a new album since playing two shows at Leicester’s King Power Stadium back in May to celebrate their team’s Premier League winning success – indeed this unlikeliest of titles has directly influenced the record according to Serge Pizzorno; “It’s bound to in some way seep into the music you know,” he told the BBC.
“In some ways because it has been such a big six months. I’m in the studio at the moment experimenting. It’s inevitable that creatively it will rub off on you in some way.”
