Karen O is having a busy time of it what with last year’s live return for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and her a collaborative album with Danger Mouse, and she’s found time for another solo release too.

The acoustic tilt Anti-Lullaby has been premiered to support the new Amazon Prime series Hanna, which will begin streaming in March. Have a listen below.

The album with Danger Mouse was released to ‘select independent record stores’ last month after a teaser entitled Lux Prima which the producer said was the result of them ‘looking for a place rather than a sound, it was our first shared destination’.

“The song itself is a bit of a journey, but all the parts felt like they needed each other,” he concluded. “After making music for the past twenty years and embarking on making this record with Danger Mouse I knew a couple things,” Karen O added.

“One was that the spirit of collaboration between us was going to be going to be a pure one, and two was that the more I live the less is clear to me. When you create from a blurry place you can go places further than you’ve ever been. I think we both were excited to go far out.”
