Jeff Beck and Imelda May (photo) will be featured in a special tribute to Les Paul at tomorrow’s 52 annual Grammy Award spectacular, broadcast live on CBS (8pm EST)
Other nominees and stars slated to perform are Jamie Foxx, T-Pain who will perform with Slash and Doug E. Fresh , as well as nominees Drake, Eminem and Lil Wayne in a special performance with rock drummer Travis Barker. Legends Roberta Flack, Elton John and Jeniffer Nettles have also been added to the stellar lineup.
Previously announced performers include Beyoncé; the Black Eyed Peas; Bon Jovi; the Dave Matthews Band; Green Day; Lady Antebellum; Lady Gaga; Maxwell; Pink; Taylor Swift; the Zac Brown Band; Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Smokey Robinson, Carrie Underwood, and Usher in a special 3-D GRAMMY tribute to Michael Jackson; and Mary J. Blige and Andrea Bocelli in a special fund-raising segment for Haitian relief.
Green Day will perform ‘21 Guns‘ live with the Broadway cast of American Idiot. The song is currently part of the critically acclaimed stage version of Green Day’s chart-topping 2004 album that completed a record-breaking three-month run at The Berkeley Repertory Theatre and is now moving to Broadway where it opens on April 20th.
